StayCareerReady is an AI-powered voice practice platform that enables you to simulate job interviews and professional meetings through real-time voice conversations with an AI. The Service generates personalized feedback based on your performance. StayCareerReady is a tool to help you practice — it is not a guarantee of employment or professional outcomes.

3. Account Responsibilities

• You must be at least 16 years old to use the Service.
• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials.
• You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account.
• You must provide accurate information when creating your account.
• You must notify us immediately if you suspect unauthorized use of your account.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use the Service to generate harmful, illegal, abusive, or discriminatory content.
• Attempt to reverse-engineer, scrape, or abuse the AI components of the Service.
• Upload documents containing third-party confidential information without authorization.
• Share your account credentials with others.
• Use automated means to access or interact with the Service.
• Circumvent any usage limits or rate limits imposed by the Service.

5. Subscription & Billing

• Free tier: includes a limited number of sessions per month. Limits are displayed in the app and may change with reasonable notice.
• Pro plan: available at the current price shown at checkout. Includes unlimited practice sessions and additional features.
• Subscriptions are billed monthly or annually in advance and renew automatically until cancelled.
• You may cancel your subscription at any time from your account settings. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period — you retain access until then.
• We do not offer refunds for partial months except where required by applicable law.
• We reserve the right to change pricing with at least 30 days' notice. Continued use after the effective date constitutes acceptance of the new price.

Feedback generated by StayCareerReady is produced by artificial intelligence and is provided for practice and self-improvement purposes only. It does not constitute professional career advice, psychological counseling, or any form of certified coaching. AI-generated assessments may be inaccurate, incomplete, or inconsistent. StayCareerReady makes no representations that using the Service will result in job offers, promotions, or any specific professional outcome.

7. Intellectual Property

You retain ownership of the documents and content you upload. By uploading content, you grant us a limited, non-exclusive license to process it for the purpose of delivering the Service. We retain all rights to the StayCareerReady platform, brand, and proprietary algorithms.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, StayCareerReady shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, data, or goodwill, arising from your use of or inability to use the Service. Our total liability to you for any claim arising from these Terms shall not exceed the amounts paid by you to StayCareerReady in the 12 months preceding the claim.

9. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free from harmful components.

10. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms or engage in behavior that harms users, the Service, or third parties. You may request account deletion by contacting us. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately. Provisions that by their nature should survive termination (including liability limitations and governing law) will survive.

11. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, United States, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be resolved exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Delaware.

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you by email or in-app notice at least 14 days before material changes take effect. Continued use of the Service after the effective date constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
